This is a great piece of acer material for anyone to get to grips with.
There are even good options for several air layers to be taken, creating more, smaller trees.
It has a good nebari and a fair thick trunk at just over one inch.
It is a fairly rare variety to find as a bonsai. It does have a good habit of forming good ramification in the branches.
