Created from air layering the apex of a much older tree, this specimen has not been grafted.
It will make a really good triple trunk style bonsai as it develops in the coming years and will only get better in the right hands.
Lots of potential for the future.
The delightful and delicate leaves can create the most breathtaking display of colour in autumn. Keep the tree well watered in summer and fertilize regularly throughout the growing season. Protect from strong winds when in leaf. Best autumn colour is achieved if the tree is kept in full sun but never allow to dry out completly.
