This tree can be grown as an informal upright or styled to be something different.
It has a nice root spread which is a big boost to oak trees grown here in the UK.
 
The English Oak thrives with minimal maintenance.
 
The national tree of England. Generally very hardy and easy to care for, it should be grown outside all year with perhaps some minimal protection in winter. During hot summer days some shade would be beneficial.
